About Me

Hi, I’m Evan—founder of Ease Into Flo, and I’m so grateful you’re here. My love for yoga began during undergrad, where Sunday evening classes at the campus recreation center became my retreat. Those sessions gave me clarity, intention, and a calm start to each jam-packed week. I made a promise to myself back then: one day, I’d become a certified yoga teacher.

With a background in gymnastics and volleyball, movement has always been essential to my life. In 2023, I honored that college promise and completed my 200-hour RYT certification. Soon after, I launched my YouTube channel, Ease Into Flo, where I share weekly beginner-friendly flows designed for busy individuals who want to deepen their practice on their own time. Looking ahead, I plan to expand into other low-impact fitness practices to make movement accessible to even more people.

This blog is my corner of the internet—a space where I share not only yoga, but also my favorite tea blends, skincare and body care rituals, and simple practices that bring calm, balance, and joy into daily life.

At the heart of it all, I believe ease should be accessible to everyone. Together, we can find small, intentional ways to invite that sense of ease into our everyday lives.
